Developing and effectuating a well thought through exit strategy and plan require the time, the expertise of multiple disciplines, and the cooperation and collaboration of all the experts and the owner.  Everyone is involved. Ideas, comments and documents need to be shared, circulated and considered amongst all the process participants.  It is much easier said than done.

Our panel will describe and demonstrate how to pull together the expertise and create a team focused on creating and delivering a workable plan directed to the client’s end wishes and goals.

Our panel will consist of Frank Spezzano who acts as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurial clients shepherding them through the transition process, Joe Hayes who drafts legal documents for the actual exit event and Bob Pantaliano who provides financial modeling for the before and after.   These gentlemen have successfully collaborated on cases from start to finish.
