XPX MD - Building Businesses That Sell Themselves!
Companies Know WHAT They Do. Have They Thought WHY They Do It?
Presented by Beth Perl Berman and Allan Hirsch
The WHY: Compel Your Ideal Customers, Teams, Partners and Investors to Buy In & Buy, Sign On & Stay™… and advocate for your success!
You, and your team members, are not alone in WHAT you do, but how do you set yourselves apart? How do you express your value? How do you attract, retain, and lead the right people… even millennials? How do you cultivate – team member, customer and stakeholder – advocates for your success?
To differentiate and distinguish your business in the age of smartphones and other distractions, you need loyal, connected customers and inspired, aligned team members. Now, more than ever, you must stand out, you must matter; and you must be authentic. To avoid competing on price, or worse, being ignored, you need to create compelling, memorable, WHY-based communications directed at the right internal and external audiences… always and at all touch points. While your competition is marketing WHAT they do:
Unleash and Express Your WHY to:
- Draw the right people to you
- Generate connected, raving, referring Clients/Customers and Investors who advocate for your success
- Cultivate engaged, aligned Team Members and Partners who pull your direction… and remain with you
3 Key Game-Changing Takeaways

2. Draw the right Customers, Clients, Team members, Partners and Investors to your business and create “stickiness” with them
3. Apply WHY-based, compelling communications to fortify yourself and your organization from the inside out!
