Lisa Kirchenbauer is President of Omega Wealth Management, in Arlington, Virginia. She has been in the financial services industry since 1985 and is a CFP, Registered Life Planner and Certified Financial Transitionist. Lisa specializes in working with people in significant transition, including business owners by integrating both the personal and technical considerations. She has been named a top financial advisor in the Washington, DC area since 2014. In 2018, Investment News named her a 2018 “Woman to Watch.” Lisa is a Certified Kolbe Consultant and has been part of the Strategic Coach entrepreneurial coaching program for over 12 years.

Maura Fredericks, MA, PCC - Founder, Maura Fredericks, LLC - Coaching for Executives

An ICF Certified Executive Coach Maura Fredericks works with senior executives, co-founders and family businesses to develop a key leadership strength: navigating the critical relationships across the business that maximize organizational impact.

Maura’s coaching philosophy is formed by her positive psychology training, studies in Narrative Coaching and a deep understanding of the stages of change. Maura believes that conversations drive relationships and relationships drive results. She earned a master’s degree in OD from GWU and has additional training in Crucial Conversations, completed The Galliard Family Business Institute Core Training and is a certified Extended DISC Profile facilitator.
