Integrating DEI into XPX Culture and Programming – At the regular meeting of our book club, we’d like to discuss how we can bring the lessons we have learned in this group and this January 11 Atlanta meeting (see the video here!). At our club meeting, we’ll discuss how to:
- Ensure that the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion are reflected in our XPX values and culture
- Help our members and clients understand this critical business risk and opportunity
- Design our Informed Inclusion meetings for the rest of 2022
The XPX Informed Inclusion Book Club leaders are Laura Liss and John Weber from XPX’s Chicago chapter. More Book Club leaders, especially those who self-identify as diverse, are strongly encouraged to email Laura Liss if they have an interest in getting involved (laura@lisslamar.com) or you may volunteer live during the Zoom meeting. Please also contact Laura Liss with any other questions about the Book Club.
