James leverages his experience as an estate planning and tax attorney to create goal-based wealth plans for Comerica clients, which unite their estate and tax planning, investment, and asset protection strategies into a cohesive blueprint for achieving his clients’ goals. He is highly dedicated to protecting his clients and his passion is keeping the IRS away from clients’ wallets.
Mark specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory for lower middle market, privately held businesses. Building off his previous experience as an owner-operator, he seeks to achieve strategic outcomes consistent with his clients’ objectives through both sell-side and buy-side efforts.
