XPX Dallas: Inaugural In-Person Meeting Case Study Overview

Please join the Dallas XPX Chapter as we host our first live chapter meeting, kicking off the 2022/2023 year. We’ll review the schedule for the year and review a detailed case study that outlines the potential exit of a fictitious local Dallas manufacturing company that is family-owned. Each At your table, you’ll review the case study with and provide the moderator your table’s collective thoughts on the biggest issues they see as the company goes through the sales process. We will use this case study for the next 10 meetings, bringing in speakers, hosting panel discussions with experts and business owners, all designed to educate you on all aspects of the exit journey. Ray Croff, CEPA & CVGA, is the CEO of Mobius Financial Advisors and a Founding member of Dallas XPX. He developed a nationally recognized and copyrighted program designed to assist business owners in building more efficient, profitable and valuable businesses.

He was the immediate past President of the Dallas Exit Planning Institute Chapter and a National Exit Planning Advisor nominee.

He is an adjunct Finance professor at the University of North Texas, serving on the Graduate School Advisory board. He serves on many nonprofit advisory boards.

Ray has been married to his wife, Susan, for 31 years and has two grown boys.
