Prior to co-founding 360 Consulting, Chris held sales leadership roles with Dr. Pepper/7-Up, 3M and Cott Beverages, along with time in startups and SMBs, giving him a unique skill set for setting strategies and tactics with laser execution.

Chris possesses keen insight and expertise in sales, business development, sales management, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, product development, distribution, training, P&L management, budgeting and team building.

Her experience includes leading strategic transactions for entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and members of the Fortune 50® with emphasis in infrastructure, retail, transportation, and manufacturing.

Jill previously served as the general counsel for a private equity portfolio company with over $1 billion in annual revenue. She also served as general counsel for a multinational company with $600 million in revenue. For more than 10 years she also led the transactions group for a retail operating company of a global delivery service.

As an entrepreneur and business enthusiast, I host a podcast, Get Better at Business, where I and my fellow listeners learn how to "get better at business". I'm an advocate for abundant, resilient energy and mediocre golfer.
