It's a sad story we see all too often as only a small percentage of businesses sell for maximum value. We'll delve into the M&A and investment banking process in detail, walking through how successful negotiations are navigated at each step of the sales timeline. You'll learn why it's so important to engage with a strong, experienced team of advisors early in the process, since the goal for any owner selling their business is to maximize the payoff.
