He has served on many Board of Director positions including chairing Highrise Mastermind Group Dallas VI, Career Path Services, and economic development for Greater Spokane, Inc. He is responsible for developing and executing strategies leading the Treasury Management Team.

Paul Moreno joined Live Oak Bank’s M&A lending team in June 2018 as a senior loan officer. Paul’s primary focus includes business acquisitions, partner buyouts, stock purchases, owner-occupied real estate and ground up construction. Paul brings extensive experience in M&A financial analysis and loan structuring Prior to joining Live Oak Bank, he worked for one of the nation’s largest SBA lenders covering the Dallas and Austin markets. Paul lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Nancy, twin sons Marc and Alexander and their furry canine Macallan. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking the many trails of Austin and road cycling.
