No matter how you transition your business, there's a high likelihood that a bank will be involved. From SBA financing, to mezzanine debt, to an array of parties involved in providing debt financing, it is important for you to understand how bankers think about a business transition. What questions do they need answered? What gets underwriting excited that the deal is bankable? When should they be involved? Are there potential debt options for sellers and buyers? What are the terms and interest rates for the various financing options? All of these questions and more will be answered from our esteemed panlists and Dallas XPX Founding members (First United Bank and Frost Bank) in a moderated session with audience Q&A. You won't want to miss it!
