Deb Josephs has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus on high-growth, technology and media companies.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Deb helped Latch prepare for its IPO in June 2021, had served as the first Chief People Officer at Ampersand, and was the Chief People Officer at IAC Applications.

Previously, Deb was a member of executive teams that led eXelate through its acquisition by Nielsen and DoubleClick through its acquisition by Google.

Deb has a BA in Psychology from Boston University and an MBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Zicklin School of Business.



Jennifer Herbst

She has a double degree in Business Technology Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Clarkson University and is an active part of their alumni community.
