This agenda is forward looking as we don’t know if the owner will be ready to sell by this time, or if there will already be franchise units. Participants will be broken out by profession to focus on key areas of concern to the owner. Each group will address issues and recommendations based on current non-public information. The goal is to provide meaningful information to the business owner.

All participants are required to sign an NDA prior to joining the call. NDA will be sent three days prior to the meeting.

Upon signing NDA, participants will be provided access to prework materials.
