In our last installment, We will look at what’s involved in selling and setting up the very first franchisee. This agenda is forward looking as we don’t know if the owner will be ready to sell by this time, or if there will already be franchise units. Participants will be broken out by profession to focus on key areas of concern to the owner. Each group will address issues and recommendations based on current non-public information. The goal is to provide meaningful information to the business owner.

All participants are required to sign an NDA prior to joining the call. NDA will be sent three days prior to the meeting.

Upon signing NDA, participants will be provided access to prework materials.

He has worked in the areas of operations management, optimization, strategic planning and financial analysis for Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, and small businesses. His passion is helping people gain a good relationship with money so they can make good decisions for their long-term well-being. He co-owns Business-Owner Strategies Group, LLC (BSG Advisers), a Registered Investment Adviser firm, with Justin Struble and Robert Picha. At BSG Advisers, he works with small business owners, families, and individuals to plan their financial goals.
