XPX Charlotte: De-Risking to Protect Business Valuation (MEMBERS ONLY)

Event Information

Business owners need to understand their risks and the potential costs associated with them. In this session we will explore the benefits of working with an insurance agent who may help business owners de-risk and transfer potential risks off of the owner and the business to help protect value.

Additionally, we will discuss how a workplace audit is used to highlight the efficiency, effectiveness, and legality of its HR function and how the audit is likely to re-disk and add value to your organization. We will also discuss why having a unified workforce strategy, that a company’s leadership team understands and believes in, will add value and reduce potential risks for the business.

As usual, we will continue the community building via our social hour immediately following the event.
