Recently Kevin Robbins, Founder of Blue Delta Capital and Wolf Den Associates spoke at our XPX Chapter. Shortly thereafter, one of his companies, Wolf Den Associates was acquired by Deep Water Point, a Strategy and Consulting firm serving the Federal Government. The acquisition was complete on March 14, and will continue business as Deep Water Point and Associates. Uniquely, Kim Pack, the President of Wolf Den has become the President of the new entity, working alongside Howard Seeger, the CEO of Deep Water Point. Please join us for a panel discussion with both Kim and Howard to get an inside look at the management and leadership decisions and thought process that made this acquisition work.

Howard Seeger is the founder and managing partner of Deep Water Point. A well respected senior executive and business leader, Mr. Seeger has assembled a team of over 450 former senior government and industry executives to assist Deep Water Point clients grow in the complex federal market, including BD, capture and proposal, transaction advisory, growth strategy, and market intelligence.
Prior to establishing Deep Water Point, Mr. Seeger held numerous executive leadership positions in which he was responsible for upwards of $400 million in federal business revenue. Mr. Seeger is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and holds an MS in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Kim Pack is the President of the newly formed Deep Water Point & Associates. She most recently served as President of Wolf Den Associates where she developed the strategy and management consulting practice. She is a proven business executive with more than 30 years of federal and commercial management experience spanning Business Development, Capture, IT Operations, GWAC and Schedules Program Management, and Corporate Strategic Alliances. Prior to Wolf Den, Ms. Pack served in Executive Growth roles at InfoReliance and CSC where she directed a team of 20 Business Development Executives, providing guidance, coaching, management, and organization to achieve the common goal of growing a $2B IT services pipeline. She is a graduate of Longwood University.
