Christopher Loiacono is the Vice Chair – Services, responsible for the growth and quality of all the firm’s service offerings, including the oversight of the firm’s required skill sets, capabilities, capacity, training, and quality control procedures. He is also a leader in the Tax Services Group, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and was previously the Managing Partner of Services.

As a leader in the profession, Chris is the firm’s representative to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Major Firms Group, one of the most forward-thinking committees within the accounting profession.

Chris has been with the firm for nearly 30 years. 



Michael T. Joy

Michael Joy is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Melville office and specializes in providing audit, review, and compilation services for closely held and not-for-profit companies in commercial and residential real estate, not-for-profit, distribution and wholesale, health care, and technology industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike was Partner-in-Charge of the Real Estate Practice and a member of the Executive Committee at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.

Before REM, Mike spent over three years as the Chief Financial Officer of a closely held health care provider, approximately one year at a large regional accounting firm, and five years at a small regional accounting firm, servicing both for-profit and not-for-profit entities, mostly in the health care industry.

Nkrumah Pierre is a Managing Director of Business Development and Head of the Friends of the Firm program (FoF). He provides support to clients seeking to hire accounting, finance and human resources executives. In addition, through the FoF program, Nkrumah will offer a unique support experience for FoF members by providing job search support, job opportunity referrals, networking assistance and coaching.

Prior to joining the firm, Nkrumah was the founder and CEO of Pierre Lee Group, a boutique consulting firm that offered executive business development and strategy guidance, thought leadership event curation, diversity and inclusion advisory, and career coaching consulting. He has worked for national executive search firms and built an expertise in matching qualified candidates with hiring organizations.
