Steve Ronan is the Chief Strategy Officer at Citrin Cooperman. He leads the firm's strategic planning, transformation, and innovation efforts. Working with the leadership team, he shapes the long-term growth and transformation of the firm, overseeing areas such as strategy development and execution, go-to-market approach, service expansion, and digital innovation and artificial intelligence. His core focus is on how Citrin Cooperman can redefine the traditional professional services model to help private middle-market companies thrive.

Steve joined the firm in 2017 to create the Strategy & Transformation practice and later conceived, designed, and built the Business Process Outsourcing practice. Before joining Citrin Cooperman, Steve consulted for Fortune 500 companies with Deloitte Consulting and owned a boutique consulting firm. He is a graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management. Steve lives with his wife, Darcy, and three sons in Fairfield, Connecticut and sits on boards for the Diocese of Bridgeport and several not-for-profit and trade organizations.

Terence Hannafin is a Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich and has been advising closely held and family-owned companies for more than 15 years to help them achieve their ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ transaction. At CMG, Mr. Hannafin is responsible for leading the execution of transactions (focused on manufacturing, consumer products and business services) and directing business development initiatives.

Mr. Hannafin holds a BS in Finance from Boston College where he was a member of its NCAA Division I football team. Mr. Hannafin maintains his FINRA Series 82, 24 and 63 securities licenses with CMG’s FINRA registered broker-dealer affiliate, Carter Capital Corporation.
