Christine Gayron is currently the Northeast Area Director for SAM, the largest surveying and mapping company in the United States. She was previously the owner and President of GdB Geospatial, the largest surveying and mapping company in New York. In March, 2024, Christine and her staff of 100 people joined SAM through a merger. Christine has 24 years of experience. She started at the lowest technical position in the company and 10 years later, she became the majority owner of the business. Under her 13 years of executive leadership, the staff grew by 10x. The revenue and profit grew 20x. She sold the company for 6x EBIDTA and now leads a team of 115 people in the northeast area.
Kenneth F. Wille
President and CEO
KOW Building Consultant
Kenneth F. Wille, is the President and CEO of KOW Building Consultants, a national construction and energy consulting firm based in New York. KOW provides oversight services for real estate developers and financial institutions. Mr. Wille runs the company and performs trainings for banks and lenders and has been published, has been on numerous boards and panels, and he has been involved in helping to write or revise standards and policies pertaining to the building and inspection world. Mr. Wille is a Professional Engineer licensed in NY, as well as numerous other states, and a Building Performance Analyst, LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager, and Green Building Engineer with the Association of Energy Engineers.

Mitchell York is a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, which helps business owners get everything they want from their businesses. He has completed over 400 full-day sessions with owners and their leadership teams to align them on vision, accountability, execution, and team health. Earlier in his career, Mitch was president of LendingTree, and was a senior executive at CMP Media on Long Island for 17 years. He created the first tech website with paid advertising, which was valued in nine-figures at the time of the company’s sale. Mitch graduated from Northwestern University and Columbia Business School.
