Kenneth Segal, a Partner at LGA, leads the firm’s Business Advisory Practice, leveraging decades of expertise in capital markets, credit, investment banking, portfolio acquisitions, trading, structured finance, equipment finance, and lending. Ken has provided strategic guidance to banks, private equity firms, corporations, and finance companies, successfully completing more than 150 assignments with a cumulative deal value exceeding $20 billion.

Ken has held roles for broker-dealers, including CEO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. Ken earned a Magna Cum Laude B.A. in Chemistry from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 FINRA registrations.

Sarah has sold over 100 companies with revenues between $1-30 million in a variety of industries, and has a particular niche of selling family and multi-generational businesses.



Alan Fullerton

Alan Fullerton has been an investment banker for over 25 years. An advocate for his clients, Alan has led business owners and boards of directors through over fifty sell-side transactions, as well as multiple buyside, equity and debt transactions, totaling over $2 billion in value.

Before his investment banking career, he was a member of technical staff with the 2500-person engineering consulting firm TASC, later the advisory services business of Northrop Grumman.

Alan holds a BS from M.I.T. in Mechanical Engineering, an MS from Brown University in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from the Ecole des Ponts of Paris France. He holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses from FINRA.



David Walsh

David Walsh is Managing Director at Oberon Securities and has been an M&A advisor and Investment Banker for 15 years. He is a trusted advisor that successfully guides clients through what is often an emotional, once-in-a-lifetime, business, financial and work transition.

He has led and closed complex transactions in SaaS/software, tech enabled businesses and IT services, as well as consumer products, manufacturing, environmental, laboratory services, and waste industries.

David is a Board member of the New England Chapter of Alliance of Merger & Acquisitions Advisors, member of XPX Boston and Northshore Technology Council, and holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
