Ray also served as a Regional Controller of a personnel staffing company with revenues in excess of $ 200MM. Later in his career, Ray turned his focus to personal financial planning and wealth management. His focus now is serving middle market companies throughout their entire business lifecyle.

This includes providing business valuation, M&A Advisory, Exit Planning and Value Growth services.

Christine Hollinden began her career in debt and equity financing as a Sr. Consultant with Grant Thornton before venturing into marketing with Grant Thornton, PWC, and KPMG. She started Hollinden | inbound + strategists to create results-driven strategies for service-based businesses. Her firm handles all things digital from websites and SEO to content and marketing automation. She earned a BSBA from UH-Victoria and an MBA from Texas A&M University. Christine holds certifications in Professional Services Marketing, Exit Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Value Growth. She is on the board of the Texas Business Hall of Fame, is an avid golfer, and president of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – Houston (food and wine society).

XPX Houston Members: No Charge - Online Registration is required - You must RSVP as we need an accurate headcount for the event.

XPX Network Chapter Members: $45.00
XPX Network Chapter Members: Same Day/Walk-in Fee: $55.00

Non-Members: $55.00
Non-Members Same Day/Walk-in Fee: $65.00

Registration covers food and beverage.

FIRST TIME GUEST:  Member referral is required if a guest wants to attend. The member (not guest) must email angie@exitplanningexchange.com to sign up their guest. Full name, firm and email address is required.

Limited to 2 free passes to educational meetings only.  Guest must join XPX if they want to attend 3 or more events. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. If you miss the deadline, the sale is final. We are unable to issue a credit towards another meeting or individual, no substitutes/not transferable.
