Matt is a CPA and CEPA, currently working on building out a new Transaction Advisory practice from the ground up at Stephano Slack LLC, a regional public accounting firm with 75 employees with offices in Wayne, PA and Wilmington, DE. He provides buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to companies in the lower middle market. He also provides services related to business benchmarking and competitive analysis, valuation, and general CFO advisory and consulting. When Matt isn’t at work, he is very active in his local nonprofit community and looks to bring that attitude back to his firm!

Paul Avery is the Regional Vice President of SBA Lending for Meridian Bank, which is headquartered in Malvern, PA. Paul is a customer-focused loan officer who works with private buyers in the lower middle market and Main St M&A space. He is an experienced and active SBA lender with intimate knowledge of the program requirements and how to best utilize SBA loans to successfully complete an ownership transition.
