XPX Leadership Collaborative: Events & Programming Meeting

This is a discussion by and for our leaders. It is open to any and all leaders. Chairs for this month's topic will receive several notices. Other leaders will just receive one notice.

Our Leadership Collaborative is a powerful way that we learn from each other and advance the mission of our organization.  The XPX Global team also uses these meetings to give us guidance on shaping the best shared solutions for our community--please attend and ensure your voice is heard. 

THIS MONTH'S MEETING IS ABOUT EVENTS AND PROGRAMMING

We will design the agenda in real time based on the most pressing challenges of our attendees. The starting list of topics for this meeting is:

• Planning your Chapter's year ahead
• Trending program topics
• Limitations on hosting primarily social events
• Joint events with other organizations
• Guidelines for hosting an annual conference ex. Summit, Expo

Bring your ideas, concerns and suggestions.
