XPX Dallas - M&A Deal Terms: Advanced Deal Modeling and Key Considerations for Effective Deal Terms
There's a reason our speakers and advisors say this repeatedly: "It's important - vital - that you have strong advisors in your corner early in your exit journey." As CEOs, entrepreneurs and business owners who have gone through a successful exit can tell you, there are so many nuances and complexities that come to light during a sales process that require deep expertise and knowledge beyond the obvious.
Join us as Ryan Gardner, Founding Member of Gardner Firm, PLLC and an XPX Dallas Member, and Rion Gurnell, Associate, dive into the specifics of deal modeling and all the various deal facets to arrive at an offer to buy and sell a business. Ryan is condensing a 12-hour advanced class for our XPX Dallas members, and you will not want to miss this. Bring a notebook and be ready to take copious notes for your business owner clients. And if you're able, invite business owners you know. This will be very valuable for them. Looking forward to seeing you!
