XPX Dallas - Helping to Streamline the M&A Experience – Overview of Rep and Warranty Insurance
If you haven’t used rep and warranty insurance yet in an M&A transaction, it can significantly streamline some of the most negotiated points. Join us as our experienced speakers, Stan Eigenbrodt (Partner at Fredwic Dowart, Lawyers PLLC and XPX Dallas Member) and Pat Samper (Vice President at Aon’s Transaction Solution Team) discuss how rep and warranty insurance works, how much it costs, what to expect in the underwriting process (including how it will impact your diligence as a buyer and what you need to produce as a seller), and which representations and warranties are most likely to be the subject of claims. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
