In Jim Collins's groundbreaking book Good to Great, he talks about getting the right people on the bus. It's easier said than done, and business owners everywhere struggle to get it right. What strategic partners do they need to help advise them? CPAs, Attorneys, Bankers, Wealth Managers, Board Members, Insurance Brokers, Exit Planners and more all affect our operations.

What executive and management roles need to be in place to take a company to the next level? There's an age old saying: "What got you here won't get you there." Another business adage: "If you're not growing, you're dying."

With so many key stakeholders, strategic partners and team members bending business owner's ears, it's a wonder that anything effectively gets done. The wrong whispers can affect a company's growth trajectory, and likewise, with the right advice and experience, a company could propel into a market leadership position.

In this workshop, we'll build an effective dream team across different industries. Working groups will explore the right mix of advisors and partners, their potential strengths and weaknesses of that mix, and build out an organizational model designed to take the company to the next level. To build a powerhouse that leads to a lucrative DREAM EXIT.
