XPX Triangle: A Business’s Secret Sauce: Discovering & Leveraging Structural Capital
The essence of business attractiveness is a buyer’s belief that they can generate meaningful, consistent revenue post-close. However, many sellers struggle to articulate their “secret sauce” to show buyers how the business will function after its sale. While the financial performance of the business gets most the attention, it is the intangible capital of the enterprise that is the most valuable. Referred to as “structural capital,” it is the engine and foundation of the business and how scalable and transferrable it is will make or break the transaction. In this session learn how to discover a client’s structural capital, assess its transferability, shore up any gaps in advance of a sale, and highlight its value to maximize multiples.
