Matt is the Manager and Practice Leader in Stephano Slack’s Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) department and works out of their Wayne office. He is both a CPA and CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) with over 8 years of professional services experience, with the prior 3 years in transaction advisory services.

Matt has worked on more than 25 due diligence projects including sell-side projects and add-ons for buy-side transactions, with transaction values ranging from $1 million to $130 million. Matt started his accounting career in the audit and attestation group at Stephano Slack in 2015 and has a wealth of experience serving companies in the lower middle market, with an industry focus on manufacturing and distribution, construction services, and professional services.

Bill Cornelius

Bill is a seasoned finance professional in M&T Bank’s Middle Market Lending Group with a deep expertise in providing tailored financing solutions to businesses, typically with annual revenues ranging from $25 million to $1 billion. Bill has a niche in the food industry and manufacturing sectors.
