Phillip Chou is a co-founder and Senior Managing Director at Ambrose Advisors, with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate strategy. He specializes in ESOP buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and valuations across various industries. He also held roles in portfolio management, turnaround consulting, and corporate finance. He serves on the ESOP Association’s Finance Advisory Committee as a Director of a 100% ESOP owned company.
