XPX Dallas - Case Introduction: Identifying the Core Issues

We're excited to kick off our XPX Dallas year as we launch our Case study for the 2025/2026. This case study was crafted from an existing case study used by our brethren in the Tri-State area, customized for XPX Dallas and added onto to bring into focus the challenges for our family-owned company. All of the fictitious characters are famous Dallas and Fort Worth Celebrities, designed to keep it fun. Some you knew were from here; others would be a surprise.

The goal at our kickoff meeting is to explore the case study. Each table will read the case study and come up with the core issues as they see them. We'll document these issues and explore how they're resolved during our 2025/2026 season, meeting by meeting. Invite guests and come when you can - you won't want to miss a meeting as we review our case study and bring in experts with years of experience in all facets of the family's journey.
