Currently, he is Founder and CEO of the vCISO firm ArchonOne (2010) and the Ultra-Secure Artificial Intelligence firm Emely AI (2023). He holds a B.S. from RPI and an M.S. in Cybersecurity (4.0 GPA, Summa Cum Laude) from Northeastern University. A recognized Top Cisco Instructor, he built two Cisco Networking Academies and taught over 1,100 students across 50+ university courses as an Adjunct Professor at NYIT. Michael is a CISSP, TEDx speaker, Eagle Scout, 3rd Dan TaeKwonDo Black Belt, and father of five boys.

Rachel Sinensky

Rachel Sinensky is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience across big law, private equity, and supply chain logistics. She currently provides fractional HR support in her role as Sr. HR Consultant at The HR Desk. She has built HR and payroll departments from the ground up, implementing HRIS, payroll, ATS, and performance management systems for organizations from 100 to 3,000+ employees. Rachel brings hands-on M&A experience, leading HR due diligence and post-acquisition employee integration. She specializes in compliance, employee engagement, retention, and benefits strategy. Rachel is PHR certified and holds a Human Capital Management Certificate (SPS) from NYU.
