With an extensive network of partners and experts in mergers and acquisitions, tax implications, and succession planning, Kim works closely with clients and partners to ensure a smooth exit process that maximizes value and minimizes risk. Jeff Pugh

Fulton Bank
Jeff is an experienced lending and banking professional with over 34 years of industry experience currently serving as Vice President/SBA Relationship Manager for Fulton Bank since September of 2020. Specialized knowledge of SBA/Government Guaranteed Lending market with responsibility for SBA loan originations working in close coordination with the Fulton Bank Commercial Lending Groups in Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia SBA District Office. Proficient in utilizing a majority of SBA products to assist borrowers with loans and lines of credit that would not be available to them through conventional channels. Strong emphasis on providing financing for business acquisitions and partner buy-outs along with start-up/young businesses, debt consolidation, equipment purchases and real estate purchases. Jeff prides himself on working closely with all of his clients to navigate them successfully through the SBA loan process to accomplish their goals.
