Aaron Aiken

Aaron Aiken joined Hanover Partners in 2007 and is the firm’s Managing Partner. He has over twenty-years’ experience investing in small-to-medium size companies. Prior to joining Hanover in 2007 as an Associate, Aaron was a Portfolio Analyst with Baird Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund in Chicago. Previously, he was an Analyst with LaSalle Capital Group, a lower middle-market private equity fund in Chicago. Aaron received a BA in History and Political Science from Northwestern University.

Robert Brown
Managing Director
Encore Consumer Capital

Robert Brown co-founded Encore Consumer Capital in 2005. Prior to Encore, Robert was a partner at Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in the consumer products industry. Robert previously was at Foster Farms, where his responsibilities included general management and corporate development. Robert began his professional career in the consumer products industry as a consultant at Swander Pace & Company advising clients on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and competitive assessment. Robert received a BS and an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
