Phelps Wood grew up in a family business and has spent the bulk of his professional life working with both family-owned and founder-led businesses. He founded Tres Arcos to help enterprising families navigate transitions and perpetuate successful businesses and family relationships.

Phelps helps clients identify common values, establish realistic goals and work together to foster and strengthen their legacy. With experience leading his family’s business through a generational transition, Phelps empathizes with the difficult conversations and emotions that face families and the complexity of balancing business needs with family relationships.
