XPX Members-Only Cross-Chapter Power Networking (networking led by IAMX, virtual)

Cross-Chapter Power Networking is a great way to meet other XPX members across the country. We're excited to announce that XPX Advisor Resource Center member, Karen Tax, Founder & CEO of IAMX, will be leading our January program. 

The networking breakouts will focus on the quiet leadership killer of enterprise value: when founders get stuck in reactivity and become bottlenecks in their own companies.

IAMX has cracked the code on shifting from leadership that creates dependency to leadership that unlocks capacity—without adding unnecessary systems or infrastructure.

Karen has spent 25+ years coaching executives through this exact transition—working with 50+ CXOs, transforming 11 company cultures, and supporting one client's scale from $300K to $40M in fundraising.

Cross-Chapter Power Networking is hosted on Swapcard, an event technology platform that allows attendees to engage before, during and after the event. Registration is required. First-time users will receive a Swapcard invite link closer to the event date. Within the platform, there will be a Live Session tab that will take you directly to the program on Zoom.

Here's how the Power Networking works:

• Join the event promptly by clicking on the Live Session in Zoom tab (pictured below) on the Cross-Chapter community homepage of Swapcard. 

• During the program, our Global team will organize three rounds of approximately 15-minute breakout rounds
• For each breakout round, you'll be automatically assigned with a group with two-three fellow XPX members (you'll meet a total of around six new people in each hour)

Power Networking is just one more way we fulfill the promise of XPX of powerful inter-disciplinary connections and learning. You might even find a great resource for your clients!

Important note for members who are first-time users of Swapcard: Please register by Monday, January 26th in order to be added to the Swapcard platform the day before the program.
