Jeff Dorris, CPA, has spent his career in State & Local Tax (SALT). Jeff specializes in advisory services in all aspects of state taxation, including income, franchise, sales and use, and property taxes. His expertise includes compliance, advisory, and due diligence. Jeff is a member of both the GSCPA & the AICPA, where he is an associate member of the AICPA State and Local Tax Technical Resource Panel. Jeff also sits on the Mauldin & Jenkins’ Advisory, Tax, & NeXT Committees.

Cindi Filer

Cindi has spent 37 years helping companies acquire talented professionals and learn how to work with them to their full potential. Cindi graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Mathematical Economics. She spent the early days of her career at Delta Air Lines and Worldspan (A Delta Company) in the Human Resources space. In 1995, she founded Innovative Outsourcing – a staffing and recruiting firm originally dedicated to helping companies find and keep talented part-time professionals including stay-at-home moms like she was years ago. Now Innovative Outsourcing hires both full and part time professionals – and helps companies with all things HR!

Adam Marshall

Adam focuses his practice on matters dealing with corporations, with an emphasis on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and distressed M&A. Adam has represented debtors, creditors, corporations, lenders, funds, and buyers and sellers of assets in numerous industries, including, retail, food service, real estate, healthcare, automotive, energy, and financial services. Further, Adam counsels business owners/C-level executives on general corporate matters, including structuring, financing, operational needs, and liquidity events/strategies.
