Brian leads Kreischer Miller’s Transaction Advisory & Business Valuation group, providing M&A advisory, business valuations, transition and exit planning, and ESOP consulting. He has extensive experience in valuations, due diligence, and transaction support for privately held and family owned companies across manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and SaaS.
Brian also has a strong background in audit, review, and tax strategies for closely held corporations. In addition to his advisory leadership, he contributes to the firm’s Manufacturing Industry group and its ESOP specialty practice.

Jocelin is a partner in the firm’s Estates & Trusts practice, advising families, business owners, and high net worth individuals on estate planning, wealth transfer, asset protection, and trust and estate administration. She has deep experience with advanced planning techniques, special needs trusts, guardianships, and prenuptial agreements. Jocelin is active in the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, past president of the La Salle College High School Mothers’ Club board and she volunteers with Wills for Heroes. She is a Lafayette College graduate and earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
