XPX Leadership Fundamentals

Our XPX Leadership Fundamentals training is designed to equip both new and established leaders with tools and best practices needed to grow and maintain a successful chapter. 

THIS MEETING IS FOR ALL XPX LEADERS INCLUDING OUR EMERGING CHAPTERS!

In this training, our XPX Global team will provide you with an introduction to XPX, the basics of running a chapter and make sure you're aware of the resources available so you never have to re-invent the wheel with your chapter!

Agenda:

• XPX role in the mid-market ecosystem - our important mission of supporting learning and collaboration in the critical mid-market ecosystem.
• Our model - how we work as individual chapters and as a national network, supported by XPX Global
• Chapter leadership overview - learn about the roles of key committees and how their work combines to create a vibrant chapter
• Leadership Collaborative - we'll introduce you to the extensive resources available to all committees, leaders and volunteers
• XPX Global support - meet each of the four team members from Global and learn how we support your critical work as XPX chapter leaders

There will be time during and after the training for questions. Whether you are just starting in your role or want to find out how to work faster and smarter as a leader, this training is for you.
