Iliya P. Zogovic
Prior to co-founding DBD Partners, Mr. Zogovic was the CEO of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance USA, an international investment bank. Prior to joining ONEtoONE, Mr. Zogovic was the CEO of GSP Corp., one of the largest marketing organizations in Mexico and Central America. He grew this company to over 10,000 employees.
Mr. Zogovic is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization’s (YPO) Utah Chapter and a Founding Member of the NY Liberty Chapter. Mr. Zogovic is the Secretary of the Board for the USA – Mexico Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Zogovic studied Mechanical Engineering in Mexico and received his post-graduate education from Harvard Business School.
Iani Alecsiu
Iani is a Principal and Operating Partner at Broadtree focused on the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) as well as the healthcare, retail, supply chain, and logistics industry. She has extensive experience in financial services and retail, as well as leading large teams.
Before joining Broadtree Partners, Iani was a Senior Research Associate on the number one ranked equity research retail team at MoffettNathanson and Evercore Partners, where she worked with the top retailers in the world such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Costco. Prior to Evercore, Iani spent two years on Morgan Stanley’s equity trading floor.
Iani holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and German Literature from Columbia University.

Kevin Kettell is a Managing Director of Appraisal Economics Inc., an international full-service valuation firm. He is responsible for supervising valuation and business consulting assignments performed for a wide variety of purposes including: capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, litigation, financial reporting, and estate planning. Kevin’s clients range from multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies to government agencies to early-stage startups. Prior to joining Appraisal Economics, Kevin worked for EY’s OTC Derivative Valuation Center, JPMorgan Securities, and BlackRock.
Kevin Kettell holds a BA in Finance and Information Technology from Syracuse University.
