Drew Thompson helps business owners and the advisors around them put AI to work without losing what makes their firms human. He is the founder of Signal & Scale, where he works with leadership teams on AI adoption, and he speaks on the topic across the country.

Before going independent, Drew served as Head of Learning & Development at The Real Brokerage, where he built Real Academy from scratch and delivered more than 60 keynotes to over 53,000 professionals across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Earlier he built a national training program at Coldwell Banker that reached 1,500 agents, and before that he founded and exited a creative agency.
