The New Jersey chapter is growing and welcoming professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit. As we continue to examine many of the different planning considerations and decisions an owner needs to face, our members participate in this interactive discussion. Companies should not pursue and execute a transaction without professional support and assistance from experienced advisors. But equally important is the ability for different advisors to work together in support of the end-client’s success. Too often advisors from one profession wander into the discussions for another profession. This just confuses the client as to who is the expert.

This week we will explore who should really be part of the advisory team. Which professions does an owner really need to help move the process to sale. What are some elements or dynamics that create a broken team or a team doomed for failure. What tactics can participants take away that will help them validate that all parties are properly aligned.

This highly interactive session will allow for participation by attendees in a collaborative format.
