XPX New Jersey - The Deal Closed so What’s Next?
The New Jersey chapter is excited to continue our programming year with another thoughtful and insightful meeting. Our chapter is growing and welcoming professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit. As we continue to examine many of the different planning considerations and decisions an owner needs to face, our members participate in this interactive discussion. We welcome your attendance at our next meeting.
Our November meeting will focus on “The deal closed, so what’s next?”. Leading our discussion will be Jude Avelino of Avelino & Hartlaub, LLP. In this session, we will explore the “next-step” considerations for any owner after an exit transition. It will include how owners can customize their legacy and what tactics they should explore before and after the actual transaction. Owners need to embrace the reality of life after a sale. How should they begin to transition management for this new reality? What tactics can they take to still feel relevant without disrupting the business transition? Also, what other elements of life can be explored, such as philanthropic intent, to satisfy their leadership desires?
This highly interactive session will allow for participation by attendees in a collaborative format. As an association of experienced advisory professionals for business owners and their companies, we are all focused on delivering the highest level of subject matter expertise to our clients and we would value your expertise and insights. We invite you to join us for this exciting event and for the entire series this year!
To make it easy to remember, we’ll always meet on the 3rd Wednesday morning of each month through June 2020, so please set up a recurring calendar appointment now so you won’t miss an XPX breakfast!
