Cristina Givelechian, Sr. Relationship Manager - City National Bank
As a Sr. Relationship Manager, Cristina is assisting mid-size companies in obtaining the financing needed to run operations, to expand to new markets, develop new product lines, make acquisitions and acquire real estate and other fixed assets. She also provides guidance to business owners as it relates to various other commercial banking services such as cash management, trade financing, FX and swap products.
Cristina has been in the banking industry for the past 25 years and held various roles including Sr. Corporate Banking Manager in the Middle Market group and District Credit Officer in Commercial Banking at HSBC Bank USA, NA as well as various client facing roles in Commercial Banking at Chase.
Cristina holds a MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and a B.B.A. from the Academy of Economic Studies in Romania. Cristina also completed the Analyst Credit Training program at Chase and Advance Credit Skills at HSBC.
Cristina is a member of the Finance Women Association – LI Chapter and the Chair of the Entrepreneurship Committee for Finance Women Association – New York, Inc.
Dennis O’Rourke, Partner - Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP
Dennis C. O’Rourke is a Partner at Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP where he serves as Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Mr. O’Rourke has over 20 years of experience in handling all facets of complex mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate transactions, and general counsel matters. He provides corporate advice to business owners, public and private companies, including the structuring and negotiating of sophisticated sales and purchases of businesses, as well as capital raising transactions and joint ventures.
Terry Hannafin, Managing Director - Carter Morse & Goodrich
Terence (Terry) joined Carter Morse & Goodrich in 2019 as a Managing Director and is involved with all the firm’s corporate finance activities including debt and equity financings, recapitalizations and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to CMG, he spent 11 years at de Visscher & Co. and Family Capital Growth Partners.
Mr. Hannafin currently serves as VP of XPX TriState Region and is a member of the Family Firm Institute, a leading association for professionals serving the family enterprise field.
Mr. Hannafin holds a BS in Finance from Boston College where he was a member of its football team.

Diane Johnston, Financial Advisor - Bernstein Private Wealth Management
Diane Johnston is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management in the New York office. Diane’s focus is offering institutional quality wealth management to entrepreneurs, families and institutions, as well as their respective trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans. Before joining the firm in 2018, she was a director and senior investment leader at Willis Towers Watson, a global consulting firm. Prior to consulting, Diane was a director at WHV Investments, a VP at OppenheimerFunds, and a director at Fidelity Management & Research. Her 20-plus year career in capital markets also included roles in investment banking, trading and private offerings. Diane holds a BA in economics from Sewanee: The University of the South, and an Executive Certificate in business administration from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Diane is also a board member of UNITAS, an international humanitarian organization united to fight against human trafficking, and a member of The Knickerbocker Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is an active member of Save the Sound to support healthier and cleaner water in the Long Island Sound and metro New York Region. Diane and her family live in Port Washington, NY, and she enjoys her dogs, the water, running and her rose garden.
