Lauren Fernandez, Principal - The Fernandez Company
Lauren Fernandez leads The Fernandez Company, a consulting firm which develops new revenue channels for companies by creating franchise programs, licensing opportunities and consumer product lines. She is a trusted brand consultant and legal advisor in the restaurant and hospitality industry, from start-ups to multinational companies.
Lauren holds an undergraduate degree from Stetson University, as well as a Juris Doctorate and MBA from Emory University. A Florida native, she has called Atlanta home for almost two decades.

Samir Patel, Managing Partner - Trophy Point Investment Group
Samir runs his own investment firm focused on lending and also turn-around management of acquired firms. He has successfully revived struggling companies and real estate to profitability. He's also a West Point graduate and former active duty Army officer with combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
These experiences serve the backbone of his operating philosophy that the best business owners are ones who can build effective teams and partnerships.
Samir holds a Masters in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and teaches Entrepreneurship part-time at GSU.
Kathryn Sabol, Entrepreneur and Business Coach - Kathryn Sabol Coaching
Kathryn was the president and CEO of an international clothing and home décor brand for over a dozen years before selling and exiting the business. While working as an entrepreneur, Kathryn pioneered innovative customization and drop ship programs which allowed her to partner with top retailers creating successful brand launches year over year.
Kathryn works with clients to develop strategic plans to advance their companies' mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
Kathryn is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program, an intensive year-long leadership development program and is fluent in Spanish.
Scott Ward, Vice President - ITRA Global
Scott began his career as a writer/producer for radio and television marketing and media agencies. Working with clients such as Macy’s, The Wisconsin Lottery and the health care service industry, he then successfully owned and operated several locations of Play It Again Sports throughout Metro Atlanta for over 25 years. He mentored five employees to go on and own their own businesses. His first book, Scabs, Scars and Pots o’Gold, True-Life Stories of a Successful Franchisee, released on Amazon/Kindle this month.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Florida. He loves fly fishing, sailing and has been known to swing a golf club or two. His family’s accomplishments overwhelm him with pride.
