Speaker: This Session will primarily be Break-out Group Discussions of all Participants

For many business owners engaged in the Exit Planning process, the environment has shifted significantly due to the pandemic. As advisors, assumptions that have driven our advice have changed radically. For our next meeting we want to draw on your collective experiences by discussing two case studies and discussing how you would advise the owners:

1. A thriving home improvement company looking to sell to a 3rd party loses 50% of their revenues.

2. A technical services firm planning an inside sale maintains revenue, but the “buyer” is fearful of moving ahead.
