1. Call to Order: Two of our Chapter’s Sponsors will each give a one-minute introduction.

2. Happy 1st Anniversary/Call for New Members: Although we have a robust and impressive 44 Members since our first live pre-Covid meeting on February 4, 2020, we are always looking for additional, qualified Members. Please check your Contacts and bring us one additional Member in 2021! The Application for XPX membership can be found at https://exitplanningexchange.com/south-florida/join

3. Committee Openings: We are seeking volunteers for our Sponsorship Committee. If you have an interest in attracting and interacting with new Sponsors to the Chapter and serving on the Sponsorship Committee, please contact Jeff Brenner at jeffrey.brenner@midcapadvisors.com

4. EVENTS: Power of Five continues to be successful for getting to know the Members of our Chapter and the Members from other Chapters of XPX. Please go to our XPX South Florida Website at “Events” to sign up for April. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Pumo at: chris@skyline-analytics.com

It takes a minute or two to sign up for both Power of Five meetings and enhances your communications with up to eight XPX Members locally and across the other Chapters.

5. Latest XPX South FL Event on February 25, 2021 a Great Success: Our third interactive Web meeting with discussion and networking was successfully presented by the combined efforts of the Event and Content Committees on February 25, 2021 featuring three seasoned and erudite investment bankers who spoke on the strength of today’s marketplace, as ably moderated by our own Ethan Grossman from Merrill Lynch. While most of the Chapter members attended, if you missed the event, the video should be available on-line on the XPX website in the near future.

6. XPX South Florida is looking for Moderators and Speakers for 2021 Panel Events: The Content Committee is planning special events for 2021. Please let us know if you are willing to be either a moderator and/or a panelist and send us a few bullet points letting us know your specific expertise. Please send us your ideas for interesting events regarding exit strategies, as well. Please reply to the Content Committee: erik.perlman@ml.com and susan@selftalkcoach.com.

7. Save the Date: May 11, 2021 @ 4:30 PM: Next Chapter Meeting (Second Tuesday of Every Other Month).

8. President’s Report: regarding XPX National Updates and Upcoming Events from the Event Development Committee and Education/ Content Committee (CEF).

9. Breakout Sessions: 2-3 breakout sessions, time permitting.

Angie Ellis from XPX National will direct us to breakout rooms to allow us to get to know our fellow Members even better!
