XPX DC Metro (Hybrid Meeting) - Exit Planning for Franchises
It is estimated that there are approximately 770,000 franchises in the US – approximately 10% of all US businesses. The franchise model is unique in its operation and also has some unique aspects to consider when planning for exit. Selling or transferring a business is complex, and the franchisor/franchisee relationship adds another layer of complexity! Please join us as we engage a panel of XPX experts (Stuart Sorkin, Bob Cohen and Akila Narayanan) to discuss the issues, nuances and challenges of valuing and selling a franchise.
Please join us for our first live event in over a year! We will “broadcast” via zoom as well for those who cannot join us in person!
