We’ve had recent opportunity to talk to owners who have completed the sale, and those who have yet to begin the Exit Planning process. This month we have the opportunity to hear from an owner who is in the middle of the process. Jeff Kramer started Kramer Consulting Services, PC in 1994 to provide commercial real estate owners representation/project management services for all phases of new construction and renovation projects. He began his Exit Planning journey while life was “normal” – then  the COVID Pandemic hit!  Jeff has had to adapt and navigate the challenges of an evolving, changing planning environment that has been more complex than ever. Jeffrey Kramer

Mr. Jeff Kramer is the President and CEO of Kramer Consulting. He brings over 39 years of experience to the firm providing expertise in pre-construction services, program management, value engineering, building and lease evalu¬ation, budgets and schedules, contract negotiation, construction management, problem resolution, furniture acquisition and post occupancy dispute media¬tion. With experience on both sides of the table, as a registered Architect and Construction Manager, Jeff brings a unique perspective and a broad range of construction related experience to the team. Jeff is an industry leader, speaking and writing on a variety of professional topics. He is a former Board Member of the Barrie Camp and Montessori Institute and remains involved with community building by working closely with various officials, parents, students, consultants, neighbors and municipalities.
