We often focus on the financials, the organizational structure and the product to assess a company’s health – and overlook an essential ingredient to future success – ALIGNMENT. An aligned company has the entire team, moving toward the same goals, using the same methods and processes and communicating the same message. Many companies label these ideas:  Mission, Vision, Values and Strategy – but there is more. Dave Ramos brings decades of experience working at all levels of businesses and organizations to bring Alignment. He’s just completed a book on the subject entitled “Drive One Direction”, so please join us to be equipped in understanding this often overlooked Value Driver!

Dave Ramos is an author, speaker, and CEO of SHIFTPOINTS, Inc., and has made a career of helping organizations achieve alignment. His career has included executive positions with large global corporations, venture-backed start-ups, and innovative nonprofits Nortel Networks, IBM And AnswerLogic, a venture-backed software company. He has won multiple awards for excellence in Sales and Marketing including the IBM Golden Circle. After AnswerLogic, Dave spent four years doing pro bono consulting, and eventually was asked to serve as the Director of Adult Ministries at McLean Bible Church (a 15,000 person megachurch). Dave has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a BS in accounting from Drexel University.
