Rudy Scarito

Rudy Scarito is President of RS Finance & Consulting, a firm focused on sell-side M&A for companies valued $15-$60 million. Ms. Scarito founded RS Finance in April 2009. Prior to RS Finance Ms. Scarito gained valuable experience in M&A and Equity Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers, and in the private debt and equity markets at Suntrust Robinson Humphrey, Tucker Anthony and Canaccord.

Ms. Scarito earned her BA from Dartmouth College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Paul Kelly

Berkshire Bank

Paul Kelly, Regional President for Berkshire Bank, has been in been in Banking for over 35 years. Previously he worked for People’s United Bank as a Regional President and for  Santander as the Head of Specialty Lending. He managed teams in Asset Based Lending, Middle Market, Business Banking, Automotive Finance, Mortgage Warehouse, Syndications and Equipment Leasing.  Paul received his BSBA from Bryant College and his masters from Bentley’s McCallum Graduate School.

Nate Pusey is the New England Market Executive for City National Bank, an RBC Company, where he leads the bank’s Commercial Banking Services out of the Boston office. In this capacity Mr. Pusey delivers City National’s and RBC’s customized financial solutions to commercial businesses throughout New England.

Mr. Pusey has more than 35 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining City National, he served as a managing director and market leader with Commerce Bank and Trust’s commercial banking division in Boston. Prior to that, Mr. Pusey was the market leader for Citibank’s New England market.  Mr. Pusey earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
