Lisa has her MBA in Business Management from Wayland Baptist University. Lisa has been married for 28 years, has 1 daughter and 4 grandchildren.

Annette M. Canales is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer with Lone Star Capital Bank. She has been in the banking industry for 35 plus years and has extensive experience in commercial lending, underwriting, and finance.
Annette has a BBA and an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, Kingsville, Texas. Annette is from San Antonio and currently resides in Boerne. She has been married for 38 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Jesse Castro Baza

Jesse Baza is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Lone Star Capital Bank, N.A. in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Houston, Jesse received his MBA in Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University. Jesse was part of SWGSB class 44 where he served as Secretary of the class and served on staff as a “mom/mentor” for the school for nine years. Jesse is currently the Texas Chapter President for Risk Management Association.
Before breaking into the banking industry in 1992, Jesse served in the United States Army as a combat medic. In his spare time, he is an avid Pickleball enthusiast and 1966 Mustang spendthrift. He and his wife, Carmelita, are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters and one average looking son.
