XPX Atlanta - Financial Due Diligence: The obvious – and more nuanced – financial management issues a buyer looks at
In June, we discussed quality of revenue, not just total sales. This month, we dive into a variety of other critical financial topics a seller needs to understand and address in order to optimize the business in the eyes of a buyer.
In our August XPX Atlanta Program – Part 6 of our 2023 Program theme about the importance of looking at your client’s business from the buyer perspective – we’ll share and discuss the How-To’s of Quality of Financial Preparation:
- How to refine cash flow management and strategy
- How to understand where inventory fits into the equation and impacts value
- How to look at pricing as a value growth tool
