Ken has provided strategic guidance to banks, private equity firms, corporations, and finance companies, successfully completing more than 150 assignments with a cumulative deal value exceeding $20 billion.

Ken has held roles for broker-dealers, including CEO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. Before his investment banking career, he was a member of technical staff with the 2500-person engineering consulting firm TASC, later the advisory services business of Northrop Grumman.

He has led and closed complex transactions in SaaS/software, tech enabled businesses and IT services, as well as consumer products, manufacturing, environmental, laboratory services, and waste industries.
